Christmas is upon us. While it may have snuck up on me, I am still trying my best to be present with that Christmas joy. Having little Farmer Brown around also makes me want to start traditions and just do ALL THE CHRISTMAS THINGS. Like sip hot cocoa, listen to Christmas tunes, watch all the Hallmark movies, cut down a real tree and get up festive lights. We’ve actually most all of that down already. I am missing my wreath on the barn this year but next year I will be sure to get it up. In the mean time, here are a few pics of this year’s decor.

Yes, the #Seint lip and cheek color of the month has been announced but I still love showing off all of the colors. Until I get Wallflower, here is Petal lip and cheek color. It’s a very light pink. In all honesty I am not a fan of it on myself. Still can’t beat a 5 minute highlight and contour to kick off my looks for the week though. Here’s to a good week! -

We lived our best lives yesterday. After a very busy, crazy few weeks, it was nice to get to the cabin and take the pontoon out. The little water guys looove time on the lake just boating and swimming. From snacks in a bucket to snacks on the boat floor it was a good day. that’s also the reality of boating with a baby and a toddler - snacks everywhere all the time. Don’t forget to take time for yourself. Unplug and just enjoy some time with yourself or family. -

I drew for a bear tag this fall. I am so excited! Hopefully this time around we manage to get one. I say, we because it takes the hunting crew to get a bear. From my dad, brothers, soon-to-be sister in law, uncle and other hunting buddies, they bait baits, check the baits, and raise and train the dogs. While I don’t get to hunt as much as I’d like to, it is definitely something I want my boys to understand. I spent a lot of time riding around checking baits and feeding the dogs as a kid. Super busy last couple days. On the road to Mankato and back. Thank goodness for my Seint palette so I can just throw it in my bag and go. Last week when I traveled I left my tennis shoes at the hotel by accident. So my question is, what do you recommend for flat footed people like myself? I do a mix of walking, biking and weights.
