Method
Crust
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a greased 11x17 cookie pan, press cookie dough to a thin layer, but not too thin. It should take 1.5 tubes of the prepackaged sugar cookie dough. Bake for 12 - 16 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.
Frosting
- Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar, almond extract and vanilla extract. Make sure the sugar is well blended in. When crust is cool, spread on frosting.
Fruit Topping
- Cut into squares before adding fruit. Add as much fruit to each piece as you'd like. Chill until serving.
