Looking for an Appetizer that travels well? Try Pinwheels

Looking for an easy make ahead appetizer that travels well? AND can be made ahead of time.
Here is your best option! Pinwheels. These are a little different than what most people bring to gatherings. If you would have told me the ingredients before trying one, I would have definitely wrinkled my brow at these. Onions. Olives. And more Olives. However, the combination of these ingredients with the ranch dressing and cream cheese are wonderful tangy, creamy appetizer.

Pro tip: don’t spread the cream mixture all the way out to edge that you’re rolling to. It squishes out as you roll.
leave rolled up in refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up then cut into 1 inch sections
