This fruit pizza, made with my special ingredient, makes it about the best ever. It's also made for a crowd in an 11x17 pan. Be sure to cut the bars before adding the fruit.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a greased 11x17 cookie pan, press cookie dough to a thin layer, but not too thin. It should take 1.5 tubes of the prepackaged sugar cookie dough. Bake for 12 - 16 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool.
Frosting
Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar, almond extract and vanilla extract. Make sure the sugar is well blended in. When crust is cool, spread on frosting.
Fruit Topping
Cut into squares before adding fruit. Add as much fruit to each piece as you'd like. Chill until serving.
