Special Ingredient Fruit Pizza

This fruit pizza, made with my special ingredient, makes it about the best ever. It's also made for a crowd in an 11x17 pan. Be sure to cut the bars before adding the fruit.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1.5 tubes prepackaged cookie dough

Frosting

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

Topping

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Kiwis
  • Strawberries
  • Mandarin Oranges (prepackaged in a jar)

Instructions
 

Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a greased 11x17 cookie pan, press cookie dough to a thin layer, but not too thin. It should take 1.5 tubes of the prepackaged sugar cookie dough. Bake for 12 - 16 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool. 

Frosting

  • Mix together softened cream cheese, sugar, almond extract and vanilla extract. Make sure the sugar is well blended in. When crust is cool, spread on frosting. 

Fruit Topping

  • Cut into squares before adding fruit. Add as much fruit to each piece as you'd like. Chill until serving.
